While our main focus is on the certified refurbishment industry, new equipment can be supplied on customer request. We stock all major brands including: Dell, HP, Lenovo and Acer. We are also able to build custom set-ups to your requirements.

Shop from your PC or mobile device, we offer a seamless ordering process. Choose from various payment options including VISA, Mastercard, Payflex, Zapper, Samsung Pay and Secure ID EFT. We deliver anywhere in South Africa through our courier partner, The Courier Guy.

What are Mega IT Stores’ Office Hours?

Our online team is available from 08:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday and 08:00 to 13:00 on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays. But shopping online on www.mega-it.co.za is available 24/7.

 

I Don't Have a Credit Card, Can I Still Shop On www.mega-it.co.za?

You can shop our online store and pay with a debit card or use one of our other payment options such as Payflex or Secure ID EFT. These payment methods are immediate and allow us to get your order to you as soon as possible.

 

Is It Safe to Use My Card to Pay On www.mega-it.co.za?

Card transactions will be facilitated for Mega IT Stores by PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

 

Do You Deliver Outside of the Borders of South Africa?

www.mega-it.co.za only delivers within South Africa but you are able to email online@mega-it.co.za and we will attempt to assist you if possible.

 

How Can I Get an Invoice For My Order?

Send an email with your online order number to online@mega-it.co.za and we will forward your invoice to you.
